Sickday is the leading provider of medical house call services including:

Immediate treatment of acute conditions

How much does Sickday charge per visit?

A flat fee of $250 is payable at the time of the visit There are no hidden costs. The fee includes services like blood drawing, stitches and interpreting lab results or x-rays, as well as a follow-up phone call. Our fee does not include outside lab tests or x-rays; these will be billed directly by the lab or facility performing the service. BACK

Will my insurance reimburse me for Sickdays services?

Many major health insurance providers will reimburse house call fees, but every plan is different. You should check with your insurance company for specifics about your coverage. We provide each patient with an itemized receipt containing all pertinent insurance codes to facilitate submitting your claim, but we do not file claims directly. BACK

Is a Sickday medical practitioner always available?

Sickday physicians and PAs (Physician Associates) are available seven days a week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. BACK

If I am experiencing an emergency, should I call Sickday?

Sickday is not an emergency room replacement, and we do not treat patients experiencing chest pains, shortness of breath, or head trauma as these may require immediate hospitalization. If you are having a medical emergency, please go to the emergency room or dial 911 immediately. BACK

Does Sickday treat all ages?

Sickday medical practitioners will treat patients age 3 and older. BACK

Will Sickday come to my office?

Yes, Sickday is an at-your-door service. We will come to your home, office or hotel seven days a week from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. BACK

What geographic area does Sickday serve?

Sickday currently serves patients in Manhattan. We will be expanding soon to Los Angeles and the greater New York City metropolitan area. BACK
